Jessica Olaya is a dedicated athlete who’s created her physique through many hours, days, weeks, and months of heavy weight lifting.

Jessica prefers to focus on her leg muscles, as this is her favorite body part to train. However, she won’t neglect her upper body from time to time, where she’ll incorporate hammer curls, and bicep curls for her arms, and a variety of mid-section exercises to keep her core strong.
