Starting Ground in Gymnastics

Paige Spiranac was born in Colorado to a fit and active family. Her mother was a professional ballerina, and her father was an elite football player.

Following in her family’s footsteps, Paige set out to become a gymnast. Even as a child, she dreamed of competing in the Olympics one day.

A Career-Ending Injury

Paige’s talent in gymnastics enabled her to jump from the level six category to Elites.

In fact, her performances were so impressive that she received an invitation from the USA Gymnastics National Team themselves. Everything looked good at first.

But then, an unexpected kneecap injury cut Paige’s gymnastics career short. Her hopes and dreams of making it to the Olympics fell apart in an instant.

Early Golfing Days

While recovering from her fractured kneecap, Paige realized she didn’t want to give up on professional sports.

Instead, she looked for other sporting activities that would allow her to fulfill her dream of becoming a professional athlete.

After months of trial and error, Paige fell in love with the idea of becoming a golfer.

During high school, she began playing as a junior golfer, and later, became a captain of the women’s golf team in college.

Getting Viral

During her last year in college, Paige started posting pictures and videos of her trick-shots. These videos went viral within weeks.

Thousands of people started commenting on Paige’s pages, admiring her awesome skills in golf. This gave Paige the confidence to take her golfing career a step further by becoming a professional player.

Paige Spiranac Today

Since she launched herself into the world of professional golf, Paige has traveled across the world playing competitions as well as modeling for a number of sports companies.

Paige also started sharing more of her life on the internet. This included her workouts, which she followed rigorously to stay in top form.

One thing led to the next, as Paige Spiranac became a well-known name not only in the game of golf, but also across her social media platforms.

Training For Golf

As a golfer, Paige is susceptible to low-back pain, due to constant swinging of the golf club.

To prevent this, she performs a specific workout which strengthens her back. It requires no equipment with the exception of resistance bands.

Here’s how the workout looks;

  • Bird Dog, 3 sets of 12+ reps
  • Single-Leg Glute Bridge, 3 sets of 12+ reps
  • No-Arm Side Planks, 3 sets of 60+ seconds

Regular Gym Workouts

In addition to her golf training sessions, Paige also trains like any fitness model, doing cardio and lifting weights in the gym.

While strength training keeps her core strong, cardio sessions speed up Paige’s metabolism, making her burn fat faster.

Paige is admired by many people for her work ethic, but she says it’s not always easy to keep up with her diet.

“I struggle with my diet, to be honest. I love my sweets and carbs but I make sure to never deprive myself and listen to my body. I’ve learned I don’t have to be crazy strict to achieve my fitness goals.”

Despite the difficulties of eating a strict diet, Paige stays determined to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, as she says, an odd ‘cheat meal’ here and there won’t do any harm.

What we can learn from Paige Spiranac

What we can learn from Paige Spiranac is that you should embrace whatever life throws your way. In Paige’s case, she was forced to abandon her dreams in gymnastics due to an injury to her knee.

Even though this injury initially seemed like it changed the course of Paige’s life for the worse, it actually steered her towards becoming a professional golfer and online sensation.

Next time you’re faced with adversity, remember Paige’s example, and how she turned her own challenges into a story of success.

Not a golfer, but I have followed a few pro events through the years. A former military man, I always lifted weights and did cardio. It must be surreal to you, to look back at you’re earlier years, and consider where all the efforts you made, have brought you. Stunning beauty, fit, professional, yet willing to admit occasional stray from a ridged diet, …all the qualities invested into an honest life. Thanks for sharing you’re beauty and fitness schedule with the world. Most of us will never meet you, but are happy you are successful, determined and focused . Congratulations on you’re life, best wishes and prayers for the future years ahead.

Stunning pictures…your lessons have also helped me. Keep up the great work..stay safe & healthy.

Every blossom in nature is beautiful. So can be said of every women. For the feminine is perfect in her design. Yet, more beautiful than any flower each woman is finely unique from the next. Every girl needs to understand how awesome and unique they actually are as their persona is multi faceted and specific to them alone. Elevated as such, any man needs only to elevate himself to earn the feminine approval and acceptance. As any man should embrace their own unique perfection and talent he will become as the pollen and seed toward the feminine who is like minded in her perfection. This only… defines the path toward a perfect union. Good luck Paige!
