When Evgeniya started training, she ‘fell in love‘ with the feeling of working-out and seeing her results in the mirror. Year after year, her physique started to improve. Her rock hard body and bugling abs are what motivates her to continue on her road to success. She not only motivates herself daily, winning her small, but constant battles, she also motivates her fans from all over the world who wish to emulate her amazing physique.

Some of her favorite exercises are cardio, which helps her to stay lean and toned all year-round. Along with heavy weight training which sculpts, and shapes, her strong body. When it comes to dieting, Evgeniya knows that ‘abs are made in the kitchen and not only in the gym.’

Her approach to training and dieting are part of her everyday life – she leaves noting to ‘guess work,‘ and preps all of her meals in advance, with the occasional cheat meal here and there to keep her taste buds satisfied.
