Training

Fiona likes to experiment with new exercises every workout. This way, she not only keeps her training sessions interesting but also learns what works for her body and what doesn’t.

One of her favorite body parts are her glutes, for which she uses the following exercises:

  • Squats
  • Barbell Hip Thrusts
  • Romanian Deadlifts
  • Glute Side Kicks

In terms of sets and reps, Fiona likes to train at a higher rep range, such as 12+ reps per set. She’ll do three sets of each exercise.

As for cardio, Fiona does it occasionally when she wants to speed up her fat loss.

Back and Shoulders Workouts

Alongside glutes, back and shoulders are Fiona’s favorite body parts to train. Here’s how she trains them;

  • Kneeling Rope Face Pulls, 3 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Lat Pull-Downs, 3 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Lat Raises, 3 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Dumbbell Single-Arm Rows, 3 sets of 12+ reps
  • Barbell Rows, 3 sets of 12+ reps⁣

Nutrition

Fiona stays in shape by eating fiber-rich vegetables, fruits, as well as chicken and complex carbohydrates. She avoids refined sugars at all costs.

Her priority is to eat whole foods, which she prepares herself at home. This way, she fuels her muscles with the absolute best nutrients she can get, ensuring her progress stays at its peak.
