She started gaining fame at the age of 26 after she created her profiles on the internet where she started posting pictures of her awesome physique. Britt’s Training Style
Brittany advises doing short, but extremely intense sessions. For her, these are the best way to get great results in the shortest amount of time possible.
However, she says that not everyone can do that type of exercises because “some people can’t endure a high level of discomfort while training.”
“The main reason why most people don’t get the results they dream of is their lack of mentality.”
Brittany’s workout typically consists of 3-5 different exercises, where she’ll do 4 sets of each exercise, and the last set being drop set.
Known for her muscular legs, Britt says that no amount of training and supplementation alone can get the “real” results. She believes the best way to progress in both strength and size is to eat a lot of quality food, which means lots of healthy fats, lean proteins, and carbohydrates such as brown rice.
