Britt Olsen

Fitness Model, Bikinic Competitor

Originally from Denmark, Brittany Olsen is a fitness model and a former bikini competitor that’s known for her impressive glute and legs development.

She started gaining fame at the age of 26 after she created her profiles on the internet where she started posting pictures of her awesome physique. Besides motivational quotes and pictures of her transformation, Brittany is also known for critiquing certain athletes for “misleading” people with their advice, and also for drug use.

Britanny’s frankness made her popular on social media sites, getting a lot of both positive, and negative feedback for her claims.

“Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come since I started lifting weights and it definitely hasn’t been easy.”

“Girls, if you want some serious glute gains there is only one way to get there – heavy weights (combined with isolated exercises), lots of food, and a whole lot of consistency.“

Training

Britt’s Training Style

Brittany advises doing short, but extremely intense sessions. For her, these are the best way to get great results in the shortest amount of time possible.

However, she says that not everyone can do that type of exercises because “some people can’t endure a high level of discomfort while training.”

“The main reason why most people don’t get the results they dream of is their lack of mentality.”

Brittany’s workout typically consists of 3-5 different exercises, where she’ll do 4 sets of each exercise, and the last set being drop set.

Nutrition

Known for her muscular legs, Britt says that no amount of training and supplementation alone can get the “real” results. She believes the best way to progress in both strength and size is to eat a lot of quality food, which means lots of healthy fats, lean proteins, and carbohydrates such as brown rice.
