She does both cardio and strength training. Each one has a unique role in her fitness regimen. While cardio helps her burn fat, strength training ensures Anyuta keeps her toned figure.

Because she travels often, Anyuta doesn’t always have an access to the gym. However, this doesn’t stop her from getting a solid workout in.

Nutrition

Anyuta plans her diet around lean meats, sweet potatoes, vegetables, nuts, and olive oil. She likes to eat several smaller meals per day. This helps her digest her meals faster and also ensures optimal nutrient absorption.

Anyuta also likes to limit her carbs to only have them in the morning and after her workouts. This helps her avoid gaining excess fat from consuming too many carbohydrates.
