Alessandra combines different training methods to keep her physique both lean and strong.
She likes to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. This, Alessandra says, helps her burn calories and keep her body fat at a low percentage throughout the year.
In the afternoon, Alessandra will have a strength training workout. She focuses on doing heavy, multi-joint exercises, which include squats, leg press, and deadlifts.
But, Alessandra doesn’t stop here. She also does various isolation movements such as cable kickbacks. These exercises help Alessandra to sculpt and shape her supporting muscle groups.

There’s a large number of videos of Alessandra’s workouts online. She uses her example in these videos to show the correct way of performing exercises. Some of her favorite lower body movements are leg extensions, lying leg curls, wide-stance barbell squats, and hip thrusts.
Alessandra’s leg workout looks something like this;
- Squats, 3 sets of 8-10 reps
- Leg Press, 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Hip Thrusts, 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Leg Extensions, 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Leg Curls, 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Lunges, 3 sets of 12 steps
- Cable Glute Kickbacks, 3 sets of 12-16 reps
Keeping the Intensity Up
As a fan of intense workouts, Alessandra keeps her exercises as challenging as possible. One of her favorite methods for achieving this is to perform drop sets and supersets with little to no rest.
For example, Alessandra might do one set of leg press. Then, without any rest, she’ll move on to glute kickbacks – keeping her heart rate up throughout the entire session.
Stretching After Workouts
Alessandra’s workouts aren’t just comprised of heavy weightlifting. She also does a lot of stretching to keep her muscles flexible and injury-free.
After every workout, Alessandra will spend at least 15 minutes stretching the muscle group she’d trained that day.

She sticks to her eating schedule no matter what. It’s a sacrifice she has to make in order to keep her physique looking toned all year-round.
She doesn’t indulge in cheat meals very often. She’ll only have them during the biggest holidays, such as Christmas.
