Mixing His Training Up
Some of Jonathan’s favorite exercises are cardio, which helps him to stay lean. Alongside heavy weightlifting which sculpts his muscular and strong body.
Jonathan also likes to switch things up in his training. He’ll sometimes go to the gym and do free-weight barbell exercises only.
