Mixing His Training Up

Some of Jonathan’s favorite exercises are cardio, which helps him to stay lean. Alongside heavy weightlifting which sculpts his muscular and strong body.

Jonathan also likes to switch things up in his training. He’ll sometimes go to the gym and do free-weight barbell exercises only.

Likewise, there are occasions where Jonathan will only focus on doing isolation movements, or a mix of compound and isolation exercises.

Meal Prep and ‘Cheat’ Foods

Jonathan leaves nothing to ‘guesswork,’ preparing most of his meals for the days ahead. He’ll typically take Sundays to prepare all of his meals for the upcoming week.

There’s also a time and place for a cheat meal in Jonathan’s diet. He’ll sometimes reward himself with a palatable treat to keep his taste buds satisfied, and also to replenish his muscles with the nutrients that are lost through heavy weight training.
