Shaunna Marie

Shaunna Marie is a National NPC Bikini Athlete, certified personal trainer and online fitness coach from USA.

Shaunna has risen through the ranks in the fitness industry, proving to everyone what can be achieved with hard work, dedication, and a healthy approach to fitness. However, she didn’t always have this self belief.

In 2013, Shaunna was in-and-out of the doctors numerous times for a whole variety of health problems. The doctors advised Shaunna to take multiple medications, and to stop all exercise.

However, Shaunna decided to go in the opposite direction – she joined a gym and worked through her illnesses. By doing so, Shaunna became fitter, stronger, and learned how to heal her body on her own. Since the beginning of her journey, she’s learnt how a good diet and exercise can change a persons life.

Training

Shaunna has gone form a ‘skinny girl’ to one of the best NPC Bikini Models from USA. She’s achieved this by spending hours in the gym each week perfecting her physique.

Some of the exercises she like to focus on are squats, lunges, glute kickbacks, and the sumo deadlift for her lower body.

She also makes sure to work her upper body, using the lat pull down to create a wider back, and the shoulder press to help sculpt her famous v-taper physique.

As Shaunna has the body type of an ectomorph, she doesn’t need to do much cardio, but when she does, she’ll mix it up between HIIT, and the occasional steady state cardio session.

Nutrition

After many years of dealing with an intolerance to certain foods, Shaunna has learnt how to look after her body. She does this by using natural food sources that don’t aggravate her body.

By carefully choosing whole food sources for the majority of her meals, she’s able to heal her body faster, and have more energy.

  • 2 1/4 C. Liquid Egg Whites

With a difficult start to fitness, Shaunna Marie was advised by doctors and health professionals to give up exercise, and use numerous medications to solve her food intolerance.

However, she knew there was a better, and more natural way to heal her body – through diet and exercise.

After taking control of her own destiny, she’s managed to become a leading NPC Bikini Competitor, personal trainer, and inspiration to many people around the world looking to improve their lives.
