Marcelle Cypriano

Architect, Ballet Dancer, Fitness Model, Wellness Bodybuilding Athlete

Born in Sao Paolo, Brazil, Marcelle Cypriano started her fitness journey at the age of 18 when she became a ballet dancer. The sport motivated her to sculpt a lean physique – it wasn’t long until she began working out in the gym.

Marcelle started to see serious results from her intense training, and was developing an incredible physique. She was excited to see where fitness would take her and set her sights on competing as a wellness athlete.

In 2014, at the age of 32, Marcella entered her first competition – the 2014 Bodybuilding championship in the Rookie Bikini division. She was placed a very respectable 3rd.

Over the rest of 2014 and 2015, she appeared in a further 3 shows, placing in the top 3 once, and coming a close second in another. In 2016, Marcella’s hard work started to become recognized, she gained a mass of followers on social media.

Training

Marcelle trains in the gym every day, training hard to maintain and develop her physique. In terms of cardio, she runs on the treadmill daily when she’s cutting, but takes it down to two sessions per week when she is maintaining.

Nutrition

Marcelle is a strong believer that a clean diet is key to developing a great body. She bases her diet around lean proteins, complex carbs and green vegetables.

Diet Plan:

Her diet would look something like this:

  • Meal 1 – Egg whites + avocado
  • Meal 2 – Chicken + sweet potato
  • Meal 3 – Lean red meat + sweet potato + broccoli
  • Meal 4 – Avocado cream + lemon + cinnamon
  • Meal 5 –  Chicken + sweet potato
  • Meal 6 – Fish or egg whites + broccoli + tomato

Supplements Stack:

  • Chromium Picolinate

What we can learn from Marcelle Cypriano

Marcelle has taught us to always follow our passion. She developed a love for fitness and started chasing her dream of becoming a Bikini Athlete.

One thing we can take away from Marcelle’s story, is that it’s never too late to step on stage – she appeared in her first competition at the age of 32.
