Kylee Nicole is an American nutrition coach and CrossFit trainer. Being into fitness from a young age, Kylee has always aspired to make weight training and healthy dieting an integral part of her life.

However, with work, studies, and other life’s responsibilities taking over, there were periods where Kylee couldn’t focus on her passion. As a result, she wasn’t always happy with the direction in which her fitness journey went.

Despite the challenges, Kylee stayed dedicated to her passion for fitness – finding the time to train and eat healthy foods whenever she could.

This determination has since led Kylee to not only sculpt a strong and fit physique, but also make fitness her full-time job. She’s now a CrossFit level 1 trainer and expert nutritionist with a rising influence in the industry.

Kylee Nicole enjoys long and intense workouts. She trains five times a week, up to two hours per workout.

Some of her favorite exercises include heavy barbell movements, along with high-intensity cardio which keeps her lean.

On her rest days, Kylee takes a break from any exercise to fully recover her muscles.

Kylee Nicole’s Meal Plan

Kylee likes to eat clean most of the time, but she’ll have something less healthy every now and again. Her advice is to never over-do it.

Here’s a meal plan that looks similar to Kylee Nicole’s;

  • 1st Meal – Porridge and Egg Whites
  • 2nd Meal – Lean chicken, sweet potatoes, and asparagus
  • 3rd Meal – Fish, sweet potatoes, and some fruit
  • 4th Meal – Steak, brown rice, avocado, and some salad
  • 5th Meal – Cottage cheese, almonds, and some dark chocolate

Supplementation Plan

Kylee doesn’t take too many supplements. She just has a basic whey protein, multivitamin, and some fish oil in the capsule form.
