Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrate is a fat burner designed and produced by supplement company Nutrex Research Inc. It aims to help you lose body weight by burning fat, boosting energy, and suppressing appetite with its patented Ultra Concentrated Weight Loss Support Complex.
The problem is, when you look at some of the top retailers of the supplement, this blend looks entirely different to the 295 mg blend listed in each serving on the Nutrex Research website.
Ingredients like theacrine, n-acetyl l-tyrosine, paullinia cupana, capsicum annum, bioperine, and chromium picolinate are all mentioned, and the weight for one capsule rises to 414 mg.
This discrepancy can’t even be put down to the retailers listing incorrect information, as they post pictures of the ingredient list on the actual bottle. This means there is multiple versions of the supplement in circulation, so unsuspecting buyers may not know what they are taking.
Even if there wasn’t a discrepancy, the ingredients they have listed are all lumped into a single proprietary blend. While this means you don’t know how much of each ingredient is present, you can see that the doses of all the few beneficial ingredients are too small to be of use.
While Lipo 6 Black will certainly lure people in with its very wallet friendly price tag, it still won’t be worth the money as it doesn’t work. You are much better off spending just a little bit more to buy a proven fat burner that actually produces results, like Instant Knockout Cut.

It will also elevate energy levels and reduce fatigue, allowing you to increase your exercise intensity and duration, all of which will benefit weight loss. These effects are all possible when at least 200 mg of caffeine is consumed each day (1).

Unfortunately, to be truly effective, 500 mg of theobromine must be consumed each day (2). As the entire Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrated Weight Loss Support Complex weighs just 295 mg, it is guaranteed there will not be enough theobromine present to be of any use.
Advantra Z Citrus Aurantium (P-Synephrine)
Advantra Z citrus aurantium is the Nutrex Research patented version of bitter orange, which contains a 50 percent concentration of the active ingredient, p-synephrine. Synephrine is added to fat burners due to claims that it can enhance both fat burning and energy levels.
Many supplement companies particularly tout its ability to stimulate thermogenesis (3). Unfortunately, there is virtually no evidence to confirm synephrine can produce these benefits and even the studies that support its use accept that any possible effects are extremely mild.
Throw in the fact that we don’t even know how much Advantra z citrus aurantium is even in Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrate, and it becomes an ingredient that is almost certain to not be capable of producing the sort of weight loss results you are looking for.
Yohimbine HCL
Yohimbine HCL is an extract obtained from the bark of certain west African trees that is used as an experimental drug for treating a number of conditions and has been found to help people lose weight faster.
It does this by blocking the alpha receptors in the fat cells in your body, which causes the beta receptors to be used instead. These are much more active, so stored fat is burned faster (4).
Unfortunately, there are a number of issues with its use. Yohimbine HCL only works if you are in a fasted state, have a good diet and exercise program, and take large doses. Even if all of these criteria are met, the compound is known to cause multiple side effects.
This means in the unlikely event there is enough yohimbine in Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrate to be effective and you do everything right to produce weight loss, the potential side effects you will likely experience ensure it won’t be worth it.
Rauwolscine
Rauwolscine is a compound that is very similar to yohimbine and the two are said to be at their most effective when used together. It can be found in the same tree bark as yohimbine, as well as in the roots of the rauwlofia flower.
Rather than stimulating fat loss directly, it stops your body from preserving body fat deposits, so it reduces fat faster, while also improving mood. It is also said to have extreme potency which, while good for fat loss, means it also more capable of causing negative effects (5).
Unfortunately, there has been very little research done on rauwolscine to this point. This means we don’t know how much to use, how bad the side effect potential is, and even how much excess fat you will lose, making it a very dangerous ingredient to include.

The Lipo 6 Black Ultra review section is quite a mixed bag and tends to vary wildly based on which retailer you look at. Virtually all of the positive reviews focus on its ability to help customers increase energy levels and their exercise level, while some saw faster fat burning as well.
The negative Lipo 6 Black review sections were much more varied though. Some simply stated it wasn’t a potent fat burner and didn’t help with cravings. However, perhaps more worryingly, a huge number of people mentioned experiencing side effects.
