As a huge fan of super-sets and drop reps, Paola often keeps her workouts short and intense. The same applies to her glute training sessions, which look something like this;

Cardio For Staying Lean
Upon finishing her workout, Paola will take a 5-minute break, after which she’ll do some cardio.
Sometimes, Paola might go on a stationary bike for 10-15 minutes, or sometimes, she might opt for a long walk.
