During these ‘cutting’ and ‘bulking’ phases, Gabriela maintains a whole-food diet consisting of chicken, sweet potatoes, quinoa, fish, vegetables, and nuts. In terms of fruit, Gabriela only eats berries which are low on the glycemic index scale.
